He is a self-educated chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. His deep passion for food was cultivated by watching his mother cook during his upbringing. With a focus on smoking meats and creating Caribbean dishes, Chef Chrissy's culinary style is a unique fusion that connects his Jamaican heritage with the vibrant flavors of the Caribbean.
